Allegiant does it again

Allegiant was toying with her competitors when she won the Hugo Åberg Memorial (Gr.I) tonight at Jägersro in southern Sweden. Like in the Elitlopp, she got to the top when the gate left, and at supersonic speed increased her lead meter by meter throughout the mile long race, ending up crushing the field by 40 metres. Win time was 1.08,0 (1.49,2) in her fifth out of six in Europe, and 19th lifetime victory. Her earnings are now over 19 million SEK (approaching 2 million USD).
